Ellen Armitage – President

Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor

Ellen spent her early career in child development working with military families. She spent a number of years traveling before calling Citrus County home. Ellen is a yoga instructor and Reiki Master. She teaches yoga at the Too Your Health Spa in Dunnellon. Ellen volunteers at the Friends of Citrus and Nature Coast grief programs, and Vitas Hospice House. She’s passionate about bringing together holistic healers, educators and practitioners to educate Citrus County residents about well-being.

Betsy Schwartz

V.P. / Treasurer

Betsy Schwartz is a Spiritual Tour Guide, and Reiki Master teacher, who has lived in Citrus County since 2003. She helps people navigate their inner landscape and healing journey through the lens of the chakra system. Betsy has served on several non-profit boards in her previous career as a childbirth professional. She loves to play drums, swim, play Mah Jongg and practice with her Dragonboat team. Betsy envisions a world of love, and always strives to be the love and the light the world needs so desperately.

Becca LaPole

Secretary

Becca LaPole is a Total Wellbeing Coach, Yoga, Ayurvedic Health, and Meditation Teacher, who uses integrative healing such as Healing Touch, tuning forks, and essential oils to assist folks and guide them along their own journey to wholeness. She has a degree in Journalism, loves to write, adores all animals, and has lived in Homosassa since November 2021. She also loves to paddleboard and paddles with the Nature Coast Dragon Boat Club.  She was raised in Colorado and spent the majority of her life living along the Front Range from metro Denver to Fort Collins.

She traveled with her now-wife to Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, Kuai, Hawaii, and lived in Montana before finding Citrus County and calling it home.

Robin Lee Paulson

Artist, Musician

Robin has served on a variety of committees and boards for natural food co-ops and artistic / music organizations. Having worked in managerial and event planning rolls for independently run food co-ops, large markets such as Whole Foods, as well as managing offices for holistic practitioners, she brings managerial and creative skills to CWS, as well as her ability to organize volunteers and drum up excitement for events.

In her free time, you will find Robin creating beautiful polymer jewelry and her passion for music,… the beat of the drum, carries her heart and soul.

Dawn Robinson

Small Business Accountant, Tax Preparer, Outsourced CFO, Community Philanthropist

Dawn prepares taxes and runs her own accounting company, By The Book Inverness. She joined the board to help with duties related to money management and community projects.
